| Payment Methods:
Our online payments are processed through Paypal. We believe Paypal to
be the safest online payment system available and have been using them
with no problems for 10 years.
You do not have to be a member of Paypal to
pay through them. PayPal accepts Visa and MasterCard. Credit card
payments are processed immediately. If you are a Paypal member you can
also pay with an echeque through your bank account but this takes 3-5
business days to clear.
We understand if you have reservations
about paying online. Therefore we also offer Mail Order from anywhere in
the world. We accept Visa and Mastercard by fax or mail. Bank cheques
(drafts) made out in Australian dollars and personal cheques in your
currency, however there is an extra $10.00AUD conversion fee if you pay
by cheque in a currency other than Australian dollars and these cheques
can take around 28 business days to clear so your goods will not be
shipped until payment is cleared. We can also accept Australian money
orders but not international money orders unfortunately. See here for

We do also accept direct bank deposit
into our bank account, to do this please use our
Mail Order Form
to fax or mail your order through and tick that you would like to pay
via bank deposit, alternatively you can email the items you wish to
order along with your name and postal address. We will then email an
invoice for you to pay. It will have our bank account details and your
invoice number. You supply the invoice number as the payment reference
when you make your bank payment.
All prices shown throughout the website
are in Australian dollars, we have also provided an estimate in other

Using our Shopping Cart:
Making payments online is easy with our Paypal shopping cart.
Throughout the website you will see the buttons below. Click on the
add to cart button for items you wish to purchase. For the kits if
you have a shipping address outside of Australia you need to click
on the add to cart button under international customers.
A new page will open up for your
Paypal shopping cart. You can continue making purchases, you can add
more quantities for items or delete items if needed. You can click
on View cart at anytime to open your shopping cart. Once you have
finished shopping check over your order and the quantities and then
click on update cart to ensure the correct details are shown and
then click on proceed to checkout.
You will then be asked if you are a
Paypal member or not. If not you can just fill your details in for
payment. If you are a Paypal member you can logon to pay through
your Paypal account. |

Shipping Details:
We are committed to offering you fast and friendly service. All orders
are processed and shipped within 3 - 5 business days of receiving your
payment. Should there be any delay in this process, for example, if we
are waiting for supplies to be shipped, we will advise you by email
immediately.
Please make sure when you place your order that your email address & postal
address are correct at checkout. If you are a regular Paypal user they
may not have your current contact details. Should your payment go
through and you notice the shipping details are incorrect please
contact us
immediately.
Goods shipped within Australia should
take 5 - 7 business days to arrive from the day we receive your payment.
Goods shipped outside of Australia should take around 2 - 3 weeks to
arrive from the day we receive your payment.
We post kits all over the world. For
international customers we have not charged GST or VAT. You may be
charged this also as an extra cost to you upon receipt of your goods
depending on the laws in your country. We do not pay this amount for
you.
If you send a personal cheque with a mail
order payment, please note we have to wait for this amount to clear in
our bank before your order is shipped. Australian cheques take 3
business days to clear, however cheques in other currencies can take
around 28 business days to clear so it would be much quicker to post a
Bank Cheque in Australian dollars or do a direct bank transfer.
Minimum Order:
There is a minimum order just for the
Pixelhobby supplies of $10.00AUD (including postage) due to minimum
postage and handling costs. For International Customers you may wish to
order these Pixelhobby Supplies from your local distributors as listed
on the
Pixelhobby Supplies page.
Wholesale Orders: We do
offer wholesale orders for Australian companies interested in retailing our
Kits and Pixelhobby Supplies, we are just focusing on online stores at this stage,
you must have your own domain and website and we reserve the right to refuse or accept a wholesale offer.
If you are an Australian company and are interested in becoming a wholesaler of our products please
contact us and
provide your website address and ABN number. For
international retailers we hope to set up distributors for our kits in other
countries and once arrangements have been made we will list their
contact details here.

Age Recommendation:
Pixelhobby is recommended for ages 8 years and older, due to the small
parts involved. Please keep out of reach of Children under 3 years as
the small parts may be a choking hazard.
Returns Policy: If you make
a purchase and decide you no longer wish to proceed with the purchase,
before the goods are sent out, then you will be refunded in full.
If the goods have already been
sent then you will need to return them in full within 30 days of
receiving them and you will pay for the return postage. A refund will be
issued to you for the purchase, less the cost of postage and handling in
sending them to you.
